Apply of table press machine
This machine is a automatic rotating, continuous tableting machine that compresses the raw materials into various tablets. This rotary tablet press is mainly used for the production of tablets in the pharmaceutical industry, and is also suitable for the chemical, food, electronics and other industrial sectors.
The outer casing of this rotary tablet press is fully enclosed. The material is made of stainless steel. The internal countertop is made of stainless steel. The surface of the turntable is specially treated to maintain surface gloss and prevent cross-contamination. It meets GMP requirements. This rotary tablet press is equipped with clear glass doors and windows, which can clearly observe the state of the tablet and can be fully opened for easy internal cleaning and maintenance. All controllers and operating parts are well laid out. The frequency control device is used for electric speed regulation, which is convenient to operate, stable in rotation, safe and accurate. All transmissions are placed inside the machine to keep the parts clean. Equipped with overload protection device, it can automatically stop when the pressure is overloaded. This machine is equipped with an electromagnetic brake motor and other safety protection devices, which can be adjusted and operated during operation.

1. This machine is a continuous automatic production tablet press for checking whether granular raw materials can be pressed into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry as well as the chemical, food, electronic industries.
2. This machine is fit for pressing granular raw materials which can be pressed into tablets (within its pressure range) and whose powder content used to palletize should not be beyond 10% (≥100 mest).
3. This machine can be used to press tablets of 4~12 mm in original or special shape, or with lettering.
4. This machine is not adapted to palletize semisolid, low melting point, easily humidification granule and powder materials.
